Estimates and pricing
Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and on the scope described. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate or agreement. Conditions discovered after work begins may change the scope and the price; we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are our best estimate. Weather, permitting, material availability, and job conditions can affect scheduling.
Scope and permits
Before work is agreed, we review the scope with you and identify any permit or specialty-trade requirements that apply to the job, so both sides understand what the project involves.
Workmanship
If you are not satisfied with work we performed, contact us and we will review it with you. Anything that applies to a specific job is described in the written agreement for that job. Materials carry only the coverage provided by their manufacturer.
