Will you haul away the packaging?

Yes — cardboard and foam removal is included as part of the visit.

How is pricing calculated?

By the piece for common items, otherwise by the hour with a firm cap.

Do you anchor furniture to the wall?

Yes, and we recommend it for any dresser, bookcase, or wardrobe taller than it is wide. On block or concrete walls we use masonry anchors instead of stud screws.

What if a part is missing or damaged in the box?

We inventory against the manual before building. If something is missing we assemble everything we can, tell you the exact part number to request from the retailer, and come back to finish once it arrives.

Can you disassemble furniture for a move?

Yes — disassembly, wrapping of hardware, and reassembly at the destination are all things we do, including within the same building.

Do you move the assembled piece into place?

Yes, within the room or to another room in the home. We build near the final spot to avoid dragging a finished piece through doorways.

Two details matter more than people expect: tall furniture must be anchored to the wall so it can't tip, and on tile floors (near universal in Broward County) legs almost always need shimming, because tile is rarely as flat as it looks. We handle both as part of the visit rather than as an add-on.
