How it works

Four steps from first call to finished job.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's going on

Call, text, or use the appointment assistant right here on the site. Describe the problem or the project in your own words.

  2. 2

    We review the scope

We go over what the job involves, flag anything that needs a permit or a specialty trade, and agree on the approach with you first.

  3. 3

    Free written estimate

You get the pricing in writing before any work starts. No surprise line items at the end.

  4. 4

We do the work and follow up

We give you an arrival window, keep you posted if anything changes, and check back after we finish.

How we handle every job.

Clear scope

We review scope and any permit or specialty-trade requirements before work is agreed.

One Crew, Every Job

From a wobbly ceiling fan to a full remodel — you get one point of contact from start to finish.

Straight Answers On Timing

We give you an arrival window and let you know if anything changes.

We Follow Up

If something does not look right after we finish, let us know and we will discuss next steps with you.

Service Areas

Serving Broward County.

How our Broward County service area works

Broward is not one market. Coastal addresses in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and Hallandale Beach deal with salt corrosion and higher wind exposure. Western cities like Weston, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City are association-governed, where exterior work needs documented specifications before it starts. Older cities such as Oakland Park, Dania Beach and Hollywood carry mid-century housing where what is behind the wall matters as much as the finish. We scope every address on its own rather than quoting a county-wide package.

Coastal and waterfront

Impact glass, sliding doors and corrosion-rated hardware for salt-exposed properties.

Master-planned and HOA

Documented specs and drawings prepared for association review before install dates are set.

Established and mid-century

Discovery-first remodeling on older block homes where systems need attention, not just finishes.
